I needed to hear what you had to say today, it encouraged me to stay on track and not give up.

I can totally relate! I’m 1 month AF, but it went on for many years so it’s still a work in progress for me. People like you are very inspiring! Thanks!

90 Dry Days - well that certainly wasn’t planned! Thank you for being such a great role model! I’m planning on going a year to test it out and feel all the seasons!

It is difficult finding anything in the death field that helps last responders and finding something like this is a great idea and shows support. Worth it to anyone in the field of death.

I’ve got your six.

Attention responders:

There is no such thing as work/life balance

As responders, we do not have the luxury of separating our professions from our home life

  • Do you work long hours, on call, multiple jobs, weekends, holidays, overnights, shift work, or swing shifts?

  • Do you identify yourself first by your job title?

  • Are you finding it hard to “shut off” and disconnect from work?

  • Are you finding it hard to connect with the folks at home?

Mentoring is for responders, by a responder

All responders are welcome!

  • Law enforcement officers - from road cops to detectives

  • Forensic death investigators and all medicolegal staff - such as coroners, medical examiners, JPs, autopsy technicians

  • Forensic specialists - odontologists, fingerprint analysts, DNA analysts, anthropologists

  • Hospital staff and medical personnel - Nurses, doctors, technicians

  • Hospice care and other end-of-life care professionals

  • Military

  • Dispatchers

  • Corrections officers

  • Funeral home staff and mortuary personnel

  • Tissue, bone, organ, eye, skin donation technicians

  • Emergency personnel - EMTs, paramedics, firefighters

* If you do not see your job title here or if you are not a responder or in a forensic-related career, please feel free to reach out anyway. As a member of the “This Naked Mind” coaching community, we are happy to connect you with someone that fits your needs.

Here is your ticket to one free bitch session with someone who gets it. Email me to schedule a free call. Learn about private mentoring, by a responder for responders.

Don’t go it alone.

The CDC estimates that 10% of people with Alcohol Use Disorder are chemically dependent on alcohol.

If you have a strong physical addiction to alcohol, and find yourself becoming physically ill or suffer from intense withdrawal symptoms whenever you cut back or abstain - such as delirium tremens or hallucinations.

If this is you and you are truly physically addicted to alcohol, this course may help with your emotional and psychological addiction by adjusting your perspective and your relationship with alcohol, helping to erase your desires to drink, but is not a supplement for making sure you stay healthy through the process.

If you are physically addicted, please consult your doctor to receive medical assistance through the detoxification process. Your health is critical to your success!

I am certified as a life coach with a specialization is alcohol use but I am not a medical doctor or a therapist. Please seek medical attention and advice before attempting to remove alcohol.
