What do you want?

One of my amazing colleagues called death investigators "the forgotten ones in public health and safety." It's so true - we tend not to receive the newest technology, high salaries, CISM meetings, PTSD diagnoses, continuing education or training opportunities, PPE, or basic equipment.  It's clear in the lack of consistent agency management, job titles, duties, and so on.  So what should we do about it?  I think the first step is to build a community!
