100th Forensics Found Fan!

There are 100 Forensics Found Supporters reading this newsletter today!!!  Wow!  I started Forensics Found in August last year.  Last year, there was a little voice in my head that told me to build a community of responders who share my feelings, values, concerns, and needs in the field and at home.  I have no business or teaching degree and very little marketing skills.  Yet, almost a year into this and I’m ready to launch the Forensics Found Podcast, the Burnout Protocol (a webinar-style training to help responders find balance in their lives), and Brilliant Resilience (a four-month one-on-one mentoring program).  It might sound like I’m bragging – I’m very proud of what I’ve accomplished!  I started getting curious about what else was available to me after being diagnosed with PTSD and using alcohol to numb all of my symptoms.  When I removed the booze, I had to learn to deal with all of those pesky feelings and thoughts.  I’m ready to share with you what worked for me – sharing my story with you keeps me stable in my choices, which in turn generates more of those sticky sweet, good vibes that keeps me stable in my choices!   And maybe there is someone else reading this that is still looking for a better way through… you’re not alone.

In celebration of the 100th Forensics Found Fan, I thought we could play Code Four BINGO together.  In Radio Codes, “Code Four” means that you’ve cleared the scene, no further assistance needed, you are safe.  If you check off a row or column of wellbeing activities from the BINGO card, shoot me a message and I’ll send you a little prezzie.

Have a wonderful Father’s Day weekend and see you next week!
