Here is a really cool trick to take your thoughts and move them into a more powerful or useful framework.
This is another technique used to move your goals away from Behavior based and into Emotion based. Research proves that negative feelings will keep you away from doing things (like going to the gym) while positive feelings will move you towards a behavior.
